Buckwheat Soba Noodle (옛날 메밀국수)

Ottogi's Buckwheat Noodle is made from buckwheat flour and wheat flour. 

Direction

  1. Boil 800mL (4 Cups) of water and then add Ottogi's Buckwheat Noodle. Cook it for 4~5 minutes.
  2. Rinse cooked noodles with cold water and make a round shape.
  3. You can serve cooked buckwheat noodles with a dipping sauce or a broth.
