Buckwheat Noodle (옛날 메밀국수)

Ottogi's Buckwheat Noodle is made from buckwheat flour and wheat flour. Buckwheat noodles are typically cooked, rinsed and served cold with a variety of dipping sauces or in a hot, clear broth.

Direction

  1. Boil 800mL (4 Cups) of water and then add Ottogi's Buckwheat Noodle. Cook it for 4~5 minutes.
  2. Rinse cooked noodles with cold water and make a round shape.
  3. You can serve cooked buckwheat noodles with a dipping sauce or a broth.
