Dried Seaweed Salad
You can use the seaweed as pure seaweed salad (e.g. with a dressing of your choice).
or add to a conventional salad. Both are very delicious.
Preparation
- Place the contents of the pack in cold water.
- Soak for 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Done!
After soaking, the contents give approx. 200g salad. It is good for 2 to 3 servings.
