Dried Seaweed Salad

You can use the seaweed as pure seaweed salad (e.g. with a dressing of your choice).
or add to a conventional salad. Both are very delicious.

Preparation 

  1. Place the contents of the pack in cold water.
  2. Soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Done!

After soaking, the contents give approx. 200g salad. It is good for 2 to 3 servings.

Seaweed (alariaceae) 55%, seaweed stem 30%, agar-agar, red seaweed (gigartina tenella) 5%
