Order Process Time

The normal order process time is 1 business day and your orders will be dispatched normally in 2 business days.

Free shipping on all orders over 50€ or 600Kr

Your order will be shipped from Helsinki to your nearest pick-up point free of charge when the total amount of your order exceeds €50 or 600Kr (Sweden).

The standard shipping fee is 4.99€ or 599Kr (Sweden)

Shipping Service Company

The order will be delivered by Posti parcel service and the parcels are delivered to the consumer for pickup from the nearest pickup points and parcel lockers.

Delivery Time

The delivery time to Finland, Estonia and Latvia is 1-2 working days, to Lithuania 2-3 working days and Sweden 2-5 working days.

The delivery time can change due to logistics and traffic issues.

Receiving the parcel

As soon as the parcel has arrived to the parcel machine, nearest pick-up point or post office at the destination, a text message (SMS) with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel, will be sent to the mobile phone number added in your order. If the package is sent to a parcel machine, enter the code that you received by SMS on the touch screen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! Usually the parcel needs to be picked up within seven days from its arrival at the parcel machine.
